ILEA Turn-Key Travel and Logistics Support

Strategic Capacity Group (SCG) delivers seamless logistical travel services and administrative support for more than 1,000 participants annually from 51 countries, advancing the U.S. Department of State Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs’ (INL) International Law Enforcement Academies (ILEA) program and other INL-sponsored initiatives.  Training events take place weekly at ILEA program training centers in Botswana, El Salvador, Ghana, Hungary, Thailand, and the United States. Since 2023, SCG has been a trusted implementing partner, helping ensure success of INL training and relationship-building activities with law enforcement partners globally.

SCG provides integrated Turn-Key Logistics solutions in support of training events and other activities for the Department of State Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) and the International Law Enforcement Academies (ILEA) Program. Since September 2023, SCG has delivered comprehensive travel and operational logistics for more than 1,000 nominated participants annually from 51 countries.  For each event, SCG’s globally based project team coordinates with U.S. embassies to collect participant details, secures Fly America-compliant itineraries, prepares and finalizes travel authorizations, purchases round-trip airline tickets and travel medical insurance, arranges layover lodging and ground transportation, and processes advance travel allowances and local transportation stipends. SCG’s Global Operations Team provides 24/7 support during participants’ travel, including monitoring and travel contingency resolution. After each event, SCG surveys customer satisfaction as part of our continuous quality assurance and improvement practices.
