About the Position
Strategic Capacity Group (SCG) seeks to hire a Senior Program Officer to perform and support functions that ensure the quality, relevance, rigor, and feasibility of substantive/knowledge-based products in furtherance of SCG’s mission. Specifically, the SPO/KM leads and contributes to SCG’s conceptualization/design, administration, and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems, processes, and products. Toward these objectives, the SPO/KM closely collaborates with and supports SCG’s Department of Programs. The SPO/KM may be assigned to independently manage a KM-related Project/Taskforce. The SPO/KM reports to the Deputy Director of Knowledge Management. Salary commensurate with experience. SCG offers a competitive benefits package.

The ideal candidate will also have a proven record of technical experience conducting monitoring and evaluation of federally funded international projects or programs, preferably in areas such as Corrections/Prison Systems and/or Security Sector Capacity Building.
